Since we are an online based boutique; in store pick up Primarily on Friday-Sunday only 11-5:30 However, if you place an order during the week and need to pick it up, you can do so by contacting customer service and we will have your order available for pick up within 24hrs. 

You will receive a notification once your order is ready to be picked up.

WE WILL ONLY HOLD PICK UP ORDERS FOR THREE WEEKS DUE TO LIMITED STORAGE SPACE.

After three weeks of failing to pick up an order, it will be placed back in inventory and no refund will be provided

Once you place a pickup order it cannot be returned or exchanged. (See return policy for more information)

If an order is disputed, the customer will be blocked from placing future orders.
